Updates will be announced on social media pages and to your preferred form of contact listed below.
If you are sick, please stay home. We want you and our friends healthy. We do have multiple classes that could be taken as make-up classes in the same series, if space allows.
* Please remember to sign the waiver before class. You will only need to sign it once.
What to wear and bring
Wear clothes you can easily move and stretch in. Clothes should preferably not be too baggy/loose.
Wear non-slip socks, if you prefer not to be barefooted.
Bring a towel, in case you need extra cushioning under your hips for when we are doing the floorwork.
Water to stay hydrated.
The information you provide in this form remains confidential between you and me, and will help me provide a safer and more effective exercise class for you.
