Kids should be free to be themselves.
Like all of our classes, we keep it casual and fun with a simple class structure that incorporates stretching, coordination exercises, rhythm, choreography, and some props.
Please note: Obstacle courses will only be in the Creative Movement classes as we will focus more on learning choreography of all types of dance styles.
Every class, the group is invited to contribute their own moves and add their own flare to my base moves.
We incorporate all kinds of dance styles, including lyrical, ballet, jazz, modern, and hip hop. We’re always learning something new and fun.

Hip Hop | Kids Ages 8+ & Their Adult
Generation Groove is a fun, beginner-friendly hip hop class designed for kids ages 8+ and the special adult in their life. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, or another supportive adult are all welcome!
Together you'll learn hip hop fundamentals, easy-to-follow choreography, and partner activities while building confidence, coordination, rhythm, and teamwork. This class focuses on having fun, moving together, and creating lasting memories through dance.
No dance experience is necessary—just bring comfortable clothes, clean sneakers, and be ready to groove together!
Bonus benefits include increased flexibility, balance, dance appreciation, and social interactions. All levels are welcome.

Ages 12+
A dynamic blend of lyrical, contemporary, pop, and hip hop-inspired movement. Dancers develop technique, musicality, performance quality, and personal expression through a variety of music and choreography styles.Designed for preteens, teens and adults, this class offers a supportive space to grow in confidence, artistry, and connection to your body. We welcome student contributions to the dances we create as we grow and learn together.
All levels welcome. Whether you’re experienced, returning after time away, or stepping into something new, you’ll be guided with clarity and encouragement.
Come ready to move with intention — and leave feeling more connected to the music and yourself.

SUMMER VERSION combines PreK Dance and Creative Movement (ages 3-6) to continue building mobility, flexibility, agility, coordination, teamwork, and whole child learning.

This series is all about getting up and having fun doing exactly that! We’ll explore movement and expression with others through a blend of dance, music, and imagination. Keeping it casual and fun, there will be a simple structure that incorporates stretching, coordination exercises, rhythm, choreography, and props!

Starting the arts and mindfulness at a young age can be so rewarding. We love going to daycares to entertain and watch what the kids’ imaginations come up with through our dance and stretch options.
Schools or Recreational Programs - When working parents need a couple more minutes of work, your school program needs a music and movement aspect, or a kid isn’t into sports and crafts, we got you. We’ll bring the dance or stretch class to your school or program. We can design something to meet your needs.
Homeschool option: Create your own class and bring the kids to the studio.

You get what you put in with these moves and I keep the classes small enough to help you get there.

Whatever the age group, we put equal parts love and passion into every one.
*some classes are 1 hour to allow for enough breaks or extra movement; sometimes other classes run slightly longer by choice because we’re having so much fun!
