Class Registration Form

For: Dance Season 6 2026-2027 - full year classes

Thank you for registering for dance classes with Marimo Dance Studio!

Please fill out this form for each dancer.

You are registering your dancer for a full-year class commitment, which includes:

• Regular weekly class enrollment (Sept–May)

• Showcase and costume participation

• Access to makeup classes (within policy) and extra external learning

• Discounted per-class rate compared to our Flex Options

Tuition is billed based on the selected payment plan (monthly, seasonal, or pay-in-full). If you need a Holding Spot, please fill out the form and note you would like a holding spot. Angie will contact you to discuss further. Pricing details.

*Generation Groove and Expressive Fusion will be offered as a per class option for now. Please see the class description for details. Should the group want to perform, we can move to a full year option.

Cancellation Policy:
Tuition is non-refundable, and withdrawal requires written notice. Costume fees and showcase participation are non-refundable. Makeup classes are offered if absences are within our attendance policy
