For those who love to dance but think you can’t, are shy, the beginner, need extra move breakdowns or just want to do something for themselves...
We’ll show up and move our bodies safely with an emphasis on there being no “perfect” way to. This is a class for those less experienced or maybe a little uncomfortable moving with lots of people around but want to just move and have fun. Everyone is welcome though. You bring what you can to the dance floor.
*Please no street shoes. Clean shoes only; bare feet or grippy socks.
Main focus: Move your body at any level, take breaks when needed.

STRETCH and FLOW

Lengthen, release, and energize your body while moving to instrumental versions of timeless, well-loved songs. This unique class blends yoga-inspired poses with dance-like flow—no dance or flexibility experience required.
We’ll move continuously with simple yet powerful postures, creating a freestyle rhythm that feels natural and uplifting. Rooted in the science of functional movement, each session emphasizes flexibility, breathwork, and mobility to support ease of movement and long-term wellness.
All levels and all backgrounds are welcome.

Kick up your heels and get footloose on the dance floor with our fun country line dancing routines. We give you the base moves and you add your style as we groove to the country classics and the hits of today. All levels are welcome.

This class takes a unique approach to learning ballet by starting on the floor rather than at the barre. Inspired by floor barre techniques, it focuses on gently training the body to understand alignment, posture, and movement patterns without the pressure of standing work right away.
Students will begin with floor-based exercises to build strength, flexibility, and awareness, then gradually progress to standing at the barre and eventually moving in the center. The emphasis is on body education, technique, and mindful movement—not performance.
Open to adults of all ages, genders, body types, and levels of experience. Whether you’re brand new to ballet, returning after time away, or simply looking for a thoughtful way to build technique, this class offers a supportive environment to grow at your own pace.

This low-impact, equipment-free workout to music will activate all your muscles, free your joints, and increase mobility.
Dynamic and easy to follow —the full body Essentrics® technique works through your muscle chains in order to liberate, empower and relieve them from tension in the process– making you feel more energetic.
Essentrics® draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain-free body.
This workout is for any body, as you will work to your unique level of fitness, strength and flexibility.

Posy is a small flower bouquet, typically given as a gift and carried or worn around the head or bodice. So…
Come snuggle with your little gift (suggested ages 0-9 months, able to carry them) and build a bond through movement. Expecting mothers are welcome, too.
Mix baby wearing and dancing for fun, laughs, bonding, and a good workout in our Posies Baby Wearing Dance Class! Most of the class will be movement and we’ll end with time to rest, feed, chat, and play before making the next transition of your day.
****Participants must have clearance from their doctor by the first class.***
No experience is necessary. This is an all levels, go at your own pace class with a focus on having fun with your baby and others experiencing the same things.

PILATES

This mat class will focus on fundamentals of pilates to strengthen the core, support healthy alignment, and find stability in your body. It's a great low impact way to strengthen and lengthen muscles.

All experience levels are welcomed, the class will be adapted as needed.
