STRETCH and FLOW

  • Lengthen, release, and energize your body while moving to instrumental versions of timeless, well-loved songs. This unique class blends yoga-inspired poses with dance-like flow—no dance or flexibility experience required.

    We’ll move continuously with simple yet powerful postures, creating a freestyle rhythm that feels natural and uplifting. Rooted in the science of functional movement, each session emphasizes flexibility, breathwork, and mobility to support ease of movement and long-term wellness.

    All levels and all backgrounds are welcome.
