Get ready to sweat, strengthen, and smile! Punch & Pulse combines the heart-pumping energy of kickboxing with barre-inspired strength, balance, and endurance exercises for a full-body workout that's fun, effective, and welcoming for all fitness levels.
You'll move to upbeat music while learning easy-to-follow punch and kick combinations, then challenge your muscles with low-impact, high-repetition strength work designed to improve balance, stability, and muscular endurance. No dance or kickboxing experience is necessary—just bring water, supportive sneakers, and a willingness to move!
