Our first class in the WREN Movement Series is POSIES - The Baby Wearing Group

Location: WREN in Bethlehem, Main St.

Movement and bonding with Baby in Tow. For expecting mamas and caregivers with babies — and all are welcome.

Suggested ages: newborn–9 months (or whenever you’re comfortable carrying them).

“Posy” means a small flower bouquet — something precious, held close.
Come snuggle with your little gift and build a sweet bond through movement. Expecting mothers are welcome, too.

This inclusive baby group welcomes all caregivers — moms, dads, grandparents, and anyone who loves and cares for the little one.

The class blends baby wearing, dance-inspired movement, light fitness, laughter, and connection. Most of our time will be spent moving together, followed by a gentle cool-down with space to rest, feed, chat, and reset before heading into the rest of your day.

This is an all-levels, go-at-your-own-pace class focused on fun, comfort, and community. No dance or fitness experience required, and no pressure — just a cozy, supportive space for you and your baby.

Participants must have clearance from their doctor before attending.

No baby? No problem. Everyone is welcome!

60 minute class with plenty of time to visit and takes breaks. Total movement might be more 30-40 minutes
